Interim Manager Profile

As an interim manager (m/f) in the life science industry, you must fulfil the following basic criteria in order to successfully register with companytransfer.

• 2 years experience as an interim manager
• 7 years professional experience and at least two areas of focus (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, consumer health care)
• 5 years management experience
• National and international professional experience in small and large companies
• Verified core competences in the corresponding specialist area (education and further training, plus in-depth professional experience)
• Excellent social competences (genuine management personality with congruent THINK-TALK-ACT)
